Guía para el cuidado del jardín

How to Find Your Yard Force Model, Manual and Parts

Start with the complete model number on the equipment identification label when looking for a Yard Force manual, accessory or replacement part. A similar product photo or a shortened retailer title is not enough to establish a match. Keep the model, serial information and purchase record together so support can identify the correct documentation.

Compare your options

What you need Where to look What to keep
Tool model Equipment identification label and paperwork Full model including suffixes
Serial information Equipment label where provided Clear photo and readable transcription
Battery and charger Separate labels on each component Both exact part/model numbers
Order details Receipt, order email or retailer account Purchase date, retailer and configuration
Problem description Your observations When it occurs, indicators and photos without disassembly

Identify the equipment before searching

Take a clear photograph of the identification label with the machine safely switched off. Labels and their positions vary by product, so use existing paperwork to help locate it rather than assuming one label position fits the entire range. Retain punctuation and suffixes when you copy the model number.

A kit number, a retailer listing and the number on the tool may not be identical. Record both when available. For cordless equipment, the battery and charger are separate products with their own identifiers. For engine service, the engine may also have its own identification details; provide them when the relevant service instructions request them.

Match the manual and part to the exact model

Check the model coverage shown on the manual itself, including revision or date where relevant. A document for an earlier or overseas version may not describe the equipment you own. If you cannot confirm the match, ask support instead of applying the closest-looking instructions.

For replacement parts, use the approved part number or model-specific parts record. Similar dimensions, connector shapes or product photos do not establish compatibility. This applies to blades, batteries, chargers, hoses and nozzles as well as internal components. Do not modify a part to fit an unapproved combination.

Send a useful support request

Describe the task you were performing, the symptom and any displayed indicator or error. Include the exact model, relevant component numbers, purchase information and clear photos. Explain any operator-level checks already completed from the correct manual. Do not disassemble the product just to create a more detailed support message.

For a safety concern, damaged battery, leaking fuel, damaged power cord or abnormal equipment behavior, stop using the product and seek the appropriate support guidance. Warranty eligibility, required proof and available remedies depend on the applicable US terms and the actual purchase; do not assume a warranty duration from a different listing. Use the current support and warranty pages for the next step.

Manual, parts or service: choose the next step

For a manual, send the full model and label photo and ask for the correct US revision. For a part, add the part number from a confirmed model-specific record. For repair or a warranty question, include the purchase record, serial information and a brief description of the issue.

Use the existing support page and service-center locator to find the appropriate route. The public US warranty page lists support@merotecusa.com and 1-866-902-9690. Confirm any service arrangement with support before transporting or shipping equipment; the headquarters address is not established here as a return address.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a part from a product photo?

Use the exact model and approved part number instead. Appearance alone does not confirm fit or suitability.

Why do my receipt and tool show different numbers?

The receipt may identify a kit or retailer configuration. Record both numbers and ask support to confirm the correct product record.

Can I use a manual from another country?

Only if Yard Force confirms that it applies to your exact US model and revision. Similar names do not establish the same specifications or instructions.

What if the label is unreadable?

Provide purchase details and clear overall photos through the current support channel. Do not guess a model and follow its repair instructions.
